Good Value for Family Travelers
Ivy at the front desk was a star! Arranged our tours and had great restaurant tips that never disappointed us. The breakfast included made-to-order omelets that filled us up nicely before a day of exploring.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still reasonable for what we got.

For a couple of nights, I enjoyed a spacious Deluxe Double or Twin Room while exploring the area. The staff were incredibly helpful, recommending local eateries and coordinating my airport pickup, which made my stay smooth. Breakfast was a nice touch, especially the fresh phở, but the ambiance in the breakfast room could use some improvement. The location was fantastic, with many attractions just a short walk away, making it easy to see the sights in the city.

Our stay included a spacious room, though the lack of windows felt a bit closed in. The breakfast was decent, fueling our adventures. Pro tip, ask about room noise levels and request a quieter spot if you're sensitive. Overall, good value for a short stay.

Oh, the breakfast spread was a solid start! The Chicken Pho was a hit, fueling our foodie adventures around the Old Quarter. And let’s not forget about the stellar staff who were like local tour guides, sending us straight to the best eateries nearby, like Banh Mi A Hang Manh right on the doorstep. Talk about a treat!
Now, the economy double room was a total letdown — cramped and next to the kitchen, which was noisy. No window made it feel a bit claustrophobic, and we weren't prepared for that late-night kitchen hustle.
